How do I search for a property on AlaskaHomeTours.com? There are 3 options for searching for properties.
1. Click on "Buy or Rent" on the homepage and use our advanced search options.
2. Use our "Quick Search for Property" field on our homepage to search for properties.
3. Click on our "Featured Properties".
How do I add my property to AlaskaHomeTours.com? Click on "Add Property" to begin entering your new user registration information. Once you register, you will be able to add your property information and preview your listing to make changes prior to submitting your payment. You will then have the opportunity to add photos to your listing/s. How do I edit or modify my property? To make changes, you must first log in with your email and password under “Modify Property”. Please remember that all login information is case sensitive. Once logged in, you can edit or add: property information, photos, and web links, etc... What if I forget my username or password? Click on the "Modify Property" section under user tools of the home page. Click on “Forgotten Password? You will be asked for the email address that was originally entered to become a member. This email address is case sensitive. Your log in information (username and password) will be sent via email to the address provided. How do I add photos to my property? There are 3 ways to add photos to your property.
1. Adding your photos manually: Click on "Modify Property" under user tools, sign in with your username/password and add them.
2. Email your photos: You may email your photos to us at support@alaskahometours.com
3. Postal mail: You may mail us hard copies of your photos to scan for free, if you have signed up and have completed the payment transaction.

First you can login under “Modify Property” with your username and password. Choose to “edit” your ad. You will then be able to “delete” your ad. You may also email AlaskaHomeTours.com to request that your property be removed. We suggest that you leave your property listed till it has been sold or rented. How do I advertise my AlaskaHomeTours.com property in the newspaper? You will need to provide the newspaper with a link to your AlaskaHomeTours.com property listing ID# (examples below):

Where do I get the real estate forms to sell, rent or lease my property? Click on "Real Estate Forms" on the left side of the home page under research. Real estate paperwork for Alaska will appear. You may also click on "Attorneys" or "Real Estate Agents" on the left side under Services for more possible options regarding real estate transactions. How do I add a company to the services section? Click on "Add Company" under the services section on the left hand side. Begin filling out the company information. ($99.00/Year) for your company service directory listing. We have two payment options to choose from: credit card or check. Your service (company) will be added as soon as payment is received. Other questions?
